STREET TACOS WITH AL PASTOR CHORIZO
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 package Cacique® Premium Pork Al Pastor Chorizo
- 12 small flour or corn tortillas
- Cacique® Chunky Salsa for garnish
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Chopped onions, for garnish
HOW TO MAKE IT
- In a nonstick skillet, cook chorizo on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes while breaking apart with spatula or wooden spoon. Drain and blot out extra grease with paper towel if necessary.
- Heat the corn tortillas in a pan on both sides until warm.
- To plate: fill each tortilla with the chorizo. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and onions. Serve with Cacique® Chunky Salsa.
