Whole Wheat Veggie Wraps
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3 medium-sized whole-wheat tortillas
- 12 thin slices of Cacique® Oaxaca Cheese
- 1-cup spinach – washed and dried or from a ready to eat bag
- 1 carrot
- 1 ripe avocado
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Cut avocado in small, thin pieces. Place tortillas on a plate or cutting board and layer each with 2 slices of Oaxaca and then spinach. Grate carrot onto the spinach layer. Layer 2 more slices of Oaxaca, and then add avocado. Roll tortillas as firmly as possible and slice. Enjoy!
